
8. How many sessions will I need?
Each person and each situation is different. You would have an initial consultation to discuss what you would like achieve and how the therapist plans to achieve that then you will be advised on a suitable course of treatment. However, as a rough outline smoking, simple phobias, exam or interview nerves, public speaking and sports performance would take just 2 or 3 sessions. For more complex issues a course of 5-6 sessions would be recommended but again remember everyone is individual and this would be ascertained in your consultation.
9. How long is a session?
A session lasts for an hour.
