
6. Will I have to do anything in the session?
You simply have to relax and listen to the voice of your therapist, you will remain comfortable in your chair and perhaps talk to the therapist but that is all.
7. Will it work?
Hypnotherapy works more often than not. For example, if you have a strong desire to quit smoking then it is highly likely to work. If however you don’t really want to give up and are perhaps doing it to please someone else then it would be unlikely to succeed. So yes in most circumstances with a motivated participant hypnotherapy will work.
